Voyageurs,
I hope that everything runs smoother this year. Some of you
have received the Whistle Stop even though you are no longer a Grande or Local
Officer. This is because I have not received the name of your replacement.
I need the Officers list and bonding from the following Voitures:
397,553, 599, 690, 756, 868, 1383, 1420, and 1494. Remember you must include a check for $10.00,
yes it has gone up this year, with your bonding form.
I also need the following Grands Cheminots and Sous Grands
Cheminots: District 1 Sous, District 4 Cheminot & Sous, District 5 Cheminot
& Sous, District 7 Sous, District 8 Cheminot & Sous, District 10 Sous,
District 11 Sous, District 12 Cheminot & Sous.
Finally I need the Officers elected at the Petite Promenade
in the U.P.
I would like to be able to pass out the Grande Officer Roster
at the Fall Cheminot on October 9th but I will need to have all of the above
information to me by September 15th. There is a working copy of the Grand
Officers Roster on the web site, pleas check it to make sure that your
information is correct.
One more point on the Officers list and bonding. Any event
that you are holding at your Voiture will not be placed on the Grande Calendar
and your request for the Grand Chef de Gare to attend any of your local events
will be denied until I receive your Officers list and bonding.
Hope to see all of you at the Fall Cheminot in Quincy. All
Grande Officers, Directeurs, and Cheminots you should be working on your
reports that you need to turn into the Sous Correspondant at the Fall Cheminot.
Grand Cheminots make sure to contact the Voitures in your district so that you
will be able to report on their activities.
The State Wreck and Testimonial will be on April
16, 2011 not the 23rd printed on the calendar.
Please make these changes to the calendar that I know all of you have
purchased.
